The Challenge

Established in 1968, ISO 9001 certified, is an automotive powerhouse in the Northern emirates of UAE. We are the sole distributor for three key brands and having close relations with each; Nissan, Infiniti and Renault. 

In our massive organization, it is difficult to maintain our data base without a centralized document management and collaboration system. Sharing massive amounts of information and documents was a horrible process via regular email. It led to delays in workload.

Our staff were growing increasingly disturbed with the amount of time it was taking to find customer data or up to date information about ongoing client document because it wasn’t easily accessible.  

The client’s lack of data control and team collaboration was starting to affect their productivity which, in turn, reduced company profitability. This was a major concern for the business owner and the problem needed to be addressed immediately through the implementation of an effective solution. Remo to the rescue.
